Frequently asked questions

What ages do you accept?+

We welcome children from 2 months old (Baby Care) right through to 6 years old (Kindergarten), with tuition and enrichment programmes for primary-aged children.

What are your operating hours?+

Most centres operate Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, with half-day and full-day options. Selected centres offer Saturday enrichment classes.

Do you provide meals?+

Yes. All full-day programmes include freshly prepared, nutritious halal meals and snacks, with menus reviewed by a child nutritionist.

What is your teacher-to-child ratio?+

Our ratios exceed national requirements — from 1:3 for babies up to 1:12 for kindergarten — so every child receives warm, individual attention.

Can I visit before enrolling?+

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Book a personal school tour and we’ll show you around, answer your questions and let you feel the Cubs atmosphere.

Is there a waiting list?+

Popular programmes and age groups can fill up quickly. We recommend registering your interest early to secure a place for your preferred intake.
